Anna advises on all aspects of planning, highways and compulsory purchase law.
She regularly advises on planning application submissions, negotiates planning and highways agreements and provides transactional support for real estate, corporate and finance transactions. She also advises on the wide variety of planning matters arising out of that work, including CIL, environmental impact assessment and the use classes system.
Anna has experience acting in judicial review and planning appeal proceedings. She has advised on enforcement matters, including enforcement notice appeals and obtaining injunctions.
Anna completed her training at Sharpe Pritchard where she primarily advised local planning authority clients, before moving to Osborne Clarke where she acted for a range of commercial clients (particularly in the logistics sector). Anna joined Town Legal in September 2023.
