Dougal joined Town in June 2023 having qualified at Bircham Dyson Bell and worked at Lewis Silkin. He has also worked as a senior planning lawyer for Southwark Council. He has worked on a wide range of infrastructure and mixed-use schemes in London and across the UK. In particular, he has experience of drafting and negotiating planning and highway agreements, advising on enforcement matters and acting on infrastructure examinations, planning appeals and judicial review claims.
