Emma trained at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP and moved to Town on qualification. She has experience advising a wide range of clients in respect of contentious and non-contentious work, including complex mixed-use planning applications, section 106 agreements, highways agreements and judicial review proceedings. She also advises on community infrastructure levy (CIL), the use classes system, environmental impact assessments and planning enforcement.
