Jamie is a planning lawyer advising developers, investors, landowners and public sector bodies on development and infrastructure projects across the UK. He has particular experience in major regeneration and mixed-use schemes, tall buildings, data centres, industrial and logistics development and nationally significant infrastructure projects.
Jamie advises on all aspects of the planning process, including consenting strategies, planning applications, section 106 agreements, highways agreements, planning appeals and judicial review challenges. He also advises on the planning aspects of property acquisitions, corporate transactions and project financing. His work covers both the promotion of new development and project implementation, helping clients manage planning risk and deliver projects efficiently. He regularly works alongside planning consultants, surveyors and other specialist advisers as part of multidisciplinary project teams.
His experience includes advising on some of the UK’s most prominent regeneration, commercial development and infrastructure projects, acting for both private sector developers and public sector bodies on the delivery of strategically important development.
