Juliet acts on both contentious and non-contentious matters for developers, landowners, interest groups and corporate bodies and advises on all aspects of planning law.

Advising Quinn Estate on a 12 week call-in inquiry for 8,400 homes (and associated uses) in Sittingbourne, Swale, the largest ever residential planning inquiry.

Mount Anvil

Advising on the estate regeneration at Friar Close in Southwark including, reviewing the planning application, negotiating the Section 106 Agreement and advising on CIL strategy.

Advising Brookfield on two large office schemes in the City of London including strategic advice throughout the planning application process, dealing with various planning issues such as a highways and negotiating the Section 106 Agreements.

Advising on a significant number of Firethorn Projects including on the appeal of a 530 home ecotown in North West Bicester and the redevelopment of the Blueprint Site in the London Borough of Ealing.

Advising on a number of planning applications for the development at 5 Kingdom Street in Westminster, the last remaining plot in the British Land Paddington Campus including advising on CIL and completing a number of Section 106 agreements for both office and logistics schemes.
