Lisa is an experienced planning lawyer who has advised both private and public sector clients on a broad range of planning matters. She started her career in house at Birmingham City Council and moved into the private sector in 2002. She has provided strategic planning advice, drafted and negotiated complex S106 agreements, and regularly advises on matters affecting development such as highways, footpaths, and village greens. She has in depth experience of all stages of the compulsory purchase process, promoting and objecting to CPOs on behalf of clients as well as dealing with compensation claims in the Upper |Trbunal (Lands Chamber).
