Matt trained at Pinsent Masons LLP where he qualified as an Infrastructure Projects and Concessions solicitor. Matt gained experience advising large contractor clients in relation to highways and street lighting PFI projects, offshore wind projects, transport projects and large-scale building developments.
After a year as a Projects solicitor, Matt moved to Town and has experience advising a variety of clients on complex mixed-use planning applications, infrastructure projects, section 106 agreements, compliance with planning conditions, planning appeal proceedings and judicial reviews. He also advises on planning enforcement, environmental impact assessments and CIL agreements.
