Rebecca joined Town in August 2025 as a trainee solicitor, having previously worked as a heritage consultant on a wide range of development projects. She has advised on heritage and townscape matters, producing assessments to support planning applications and Environmental Statements, as well as assisting in the preparation of proofs of evidence for various planning inquiries.
Since joining Town, Rebecca has worked on a variety of non-contentious planning matters, including reviewing planning applications for large mixed-use schemes and contributing to the drafting and negotiation of S106 agreements. She also has experience supporting compulsory purchase and land acquisition matters.
Rebecca holds an MSc in City Planning from the University of Glasgow, a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law, and a BA in History from the University of Sheffield.
She is a full Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
